Roll up a sleeve.

30 minutes,

A standard IV drip at Optimal Wellness is 500 mL over about 30 minutes. IV therapy skips digestion, so fluids and vitamins reach the bloodstream directly.

The favorites from behind the glass, dispensed to go — pick them up at either location, or start a prescription program online and meet a provider before anything is dispensed.

Buy ahead, redeem in person. What you prepay online is a visit credit — a licensed provider reviews you at either location before anything is drawn up, and if it isn't appropriate you're refunded in full. Program items are paid for up front, but nothing is dispensed until a provider has completed a telehealth visit and written the order — declined means refunded. Once prescribed, program medication ships to your door from the partner pharmacy, or is given in clinic.

Peptide therapy

Cellular signals,
tuned back up.

Peptides are the body's messengers — directing how cells repair, regenerate and communicate. Production drops with age. Peptide therapy aims to support that signaling; the human evidence in healthy adults is limited, and these are compounded, non-FDA-approved preparations.

Draws happen at Wesley Chapel or Tampa and most take about 15 minutes. Some panels ask you to fast beforehand — we'll tell you when you book. Prefer to collect at home? The BioBox kit does it from your couch.

Lab testing is diagnostic work ordered and interpreted by a licensed provider. A panel is not a diagnosis, and no panel replaces the screening your physician recommends for your age and history.

Good questions

IV therapy, head spa and
weight loss — answered.

How much does an IV drip cost at Optimal Wellness?

IV drips run $60 to $300. Straight hydration is $60 for a 500 mL bag or $100 for the larger 1000 mL, the Myers Cocktail is $130, Gym Hero is $150, Ultimate Glow is $180, and Hangover Cure, Migraine Relief, Stomach Flu and Ultimate Immunity are $200 each. Our flagship Optimal Wellness drip is $300, and NAD+ and high-dose vitamin C infusions are priced at your consult. A standard bag is 500 mL and takes about 30 minutes — long enough to answer your email, short enough that the parking meter doesn't notice.

Do I need an appointment for IV therapy in Tampa or Wesley Chapel?

Not in Wesley Chapel. Our lounge at The Shops at Wiregrass takes walk-ins any hour we're open — Monday to Thursday 10am–8pm, Friday and Saturday 10am–9pm, Sunday 11am–6pm. The Tampa studio at 5027 West Laurel St is by appointment only; call or text (813) 501-8341 and the chair is yours. Wiregrass is the one you can decide on from the food court.

What is a Japanese head spa?

A Japanese head spa is a scalp-focused treatment that combines a scalp analysis, a deep cleanse, a warm circular water rinse and a pressure-point scalp massage — the goal is circulation and calm, not a haircut. Ours is called the Zen Scalp Ritual, and it adds LED light therapy, steam and aromatherapy under a slim brass halo arc that rinses your scalp with dozens of fine warm jets. It is $120 for 60 minutes or $150 for 90, and is offered at our Wesley Chapel location. People come in for their hair and leave talking about their nervous system.

How much is semaglutide in Tampa?

Semaglutide is $250 per month at Optimal Wellness. Tirzepatide and Retatrutide are $400 per month. That price includes provider supervision start to finish, nutritional guidance and meal planning, and hormone-balance support — there's no separate program fee stacked on top. Every program starts with a consult and a Weight Loss Panel, because the plan should fit your metabolism and not a template.

What's the difference between semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide?

Semaglutide acts on the GLP-1 pathway and is the most studied of the three. Tirzepatide acts on two pathways, GLP-1 and GIP. Retatrutide acts on three, but it is investigational — it holds no FDA approval for any condition and remains in clinical trials. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Your provider matches you to one after your labs come back. It isn't a menu you order from.

What's the difference between an IV drip and an Express IV?

An IV drip is 500 mL delivered over about 30 minutes in a recliner, and it rehydrates you alongside the vitamins. An Express IV is intravenous too, just the fast lane — in and out in about 15 minutes — and runs $65 to $140. Single vitamin injections start at $20. Drips for the long haul, Express for the fast lane.

How much do vitamin injections cost?

Vitamin injections are priced in three tiers: $20 for Tier 1 (B12, B-Complex, vitamin C, vitamin D3, zinc, magnesium), $30 for Tier 2 (high-dose D3, biotin, amino blends, mineral blend, folic acid, CoQ10), and $50 for Tier 3 (glutathione, alpha-lipoic acid, NAD+, Fat Burner Supreme, NAC). Signature combos run $40 to $100. Packs bring the per-shot price down — B12 four-pack $70, glutathione four-pack $180, NAD+ twelve-pack $420.

How do I pay, and do you offer financing?

We accept CareCredit financing at both locations, and gift cards are available in-store or online for any amount. Prices on our menu are what you pay — the drip that says $130 costs $130.
