- Pay onlineYou buy a visit credit — not the medication itself. Nothing is reserved or transferred until a licensed provider has written an order.
- Walk in or bookWiregrass takes walk-ins; Tampa is by appointment. A provider reviews you in person before anything is drawn up.
- Administered — or refundedIf it's appropriate, our staff give the injection on site. If the provider decides it isn't, your credit is refunded in full.
Every injection and infusion we give is prescription-only. The program items — GLP-1s, peptides, NAD+ and glutathione — are paid for up front, but paying is not a prescription: nothing is dispensed until a licensed provider has completed a telehealth visit and written the order, plus lab work where needed, and a decline is refunded in full. Once prescribed, program medication ships to your door from the partner pharmacy that fills it, or is given in clinic; visit credits are always redeemed in person. Prices shown are current program rates.
